Q. How far in advance should I book my party?
A. We would love to be a part of your event. In order to ensure availability of the time & date your looking for, it is best to book your party as soon as possible. We recommend booking your party as soon as you are sure of the date and time that you are having your party. We will gladly take any last minute bookings that we have availability for, but most people book their party with us about 2 months in advance or earlier.

Q. How much space do you need?

We have done events everywhere, from small studio apartments to huge auditoriums and coliseums. We will do our very best to work with the space we are provided with and make sure that everyone has a good time.

Q. What is required to book my party?
A.
In order to book your event, we will need some contact information from you, as well as the details of your party (such as date, time, place, package, number of children, etc.) We also require a minimum $50 deposit by any major credit card..

Q. After I pay my deposit, when should I pay the balance?
A.
All final payments must be paid IN FULL on the date of your event in CASH, CHECKor MONEY ORDER only. No credit cards will be accepted as final payment.

Q. Is my deposit refundable?
A.
Yes, your deposite is refundable.  If you need to cancel an event for any reason, you may do so by calling and speaking directly to a represenative at (631) 979-5265, without a fee, 15 days or earlier prior to your scheduled event. Should you cancel your scheduled event within 14 days or less, your minimal deposit will be retained.

Q. Should I tip the entertainers, and what is an appropriate gratuity?
A.
Yes, gratuities are NOT already included in our package prices. Like most services, an approriate gratuity ranges from 10%-20%.

Q. What condition are your costumes/equipment in?
A.
Our costumes and equipment are of the highest quality. Or equipment is kept clean and regularly maintained. We own (we don't rent) all of our own costumes, so you can be sure that our costumes are very clean and fresh.

Q. What if I think that my event is too small or too large?
A.
We have entertained at events with as few as 2 children, to large events with as many as 600 children. If you are planning a large event such as a street fair, block party, school event, or corporate function, we will gladly customize a package for you with as many entertainers as you need to make your party a success.

Q. Are you licensed or insured?
A. We are a licensed corporation under the NYS Dept of State and we also carry insurance. You can also be sure that all products, materials, and supplies that we use are safe for children.
